So, uh, why don't you keep it festive. Um, we're gonna alter it a little bit on here it says Basal Hayden, however you guys got me a nice little gift of Woodfords Reserve. So that's where we're gonna use today. So little bit of red, little bit of green, we're gonna mix some altercations we're gonna make with blueberries, with Woodfords Reserve, some lemon juice, simple syrup, ice. And then I like to use mint instead of basil, but you can alternate any herb that you want or all it all in a cocktail shaker, mud it up, strain it, put it into a giant ice cube in an old fashioned glass and enjoy.

Wow. Very efficient, which is great. And in the holiday season, so with threads you're gonna get an instant lift like you talked about, but then tell us about kind of the, the result over time.

Yeah, absolutely. Good question. So you get the initial lift and this is what distinguishes our practice or many, many other practices. Absolutely. So all therapy is a great conjugate to PDO threads. When people ask me which one should I do PDO threats all therapy, I say do both. Do all therapy, which is like exercising your collagen, you do in the background. And as all that collagen is building, we can tack on PDO threads are on top of it to give you that instant gratification while long term over the next four to six months as well. You're gonna continue to firm lift, tighten and produce that big glow on your face.

I love it. Now so that you do all therapy maybe when? Typically once a day and then the once a year. Okay. So if you have the all therapy and then do you do the threads that day or a different day?

Okay. And give me three words that you would use to describe the results you would get from a, the, excuse me, gimme three words you would use to describe the results you would get from all therapy for the face and maybe even the hands.

Khanh Nguyen (00:11:51):

So our next Mary elf joining us today is Kayla. Now she is in our medical spa. So if you've had a consultation with her, you probably know how wonderful she is. We love her. Thank you. And you just celebrated, was it three years? Yes, um, three years today actually. Oh my gosh, today . Well congratulations on three years. Thank you. That's awesome. You're just wonderful. So we're gonna go into two probably the, maybe possibly the most exciting specials we have just because everybody loves toxins. Toxins being Botox and Dysport. So I'm gonna tell you about our first one, which is blitzes, Botox Bonanza. Say that three times fast. And this is, we're doing something completely different this year. We're doing a bank, your Botox, and we have two different offers. So one is by a full vial, which is a hundred units you're gonna save, you're gonna get it for 1250.

So when I look at both of these deals, depending on how you like your movement, this could get you nine months worth of treatment even up to a full year. So most of your Botox treatments for a full year or even a complete um, treatment. So again, just of course depending on how you like your movement, um, and you know, if you're stretching it out to every four months, um, I personally like to keep it at three months, but again, it's totally up um, to patients how they enjoy their movement, um, and appreciate their results at that. Um, the second reason why I'm really excited about this promotion is because it's not only a great promotion for our existing glam fam members, um, who are our loyal patients, but also for new patients. Yeah, so, um, I've been in the industry for about eight years now and I've worked with providers that have always provided both, um, and reason for that. And our providers at La Jolla Cosmetic will, you know, educate our patients on it as well. There really is no great difference between the two. Um, I call it um, Pepsi and Coca-Cola. So at what with what one patient likes and appreciates on one, you know, um, one recommendation versus the other. They are so similar, they're both, um, neurotoxins, it's gonna help, uh, relax and soften the lines there, um, so that you don't worsen the lines. Um, the true difference between the two. Um, when you say that, when we're kind of talking about the specials, um, with this promotion, um, you know, using a minimum of 33 units for the b uh, sorry, the Botox, um, in one treatment and then um, 50 or so in the disc port.

Speaker 4 (00:19:46):
So reason behind, um, kind of mixing the medication in, um, um, drawing it up, you know, by unit is that it takes um, a little bit over two and a half times the amount of disor to make one Botox. So, um, when we call it 30 units of Botox, it could essentially be um, you know, double that amount or even slightly overdub in that amount. So that's really kind of the difference between the two. Um, personally I've used Botox and Disc point, I can't tell you the difference. Um, I love both and that's typically what you'll hear from patients as well.

Monique Ramsey (00:20:26):

So tell us why you wanted to talk about cool sculpting and our cool sculpting, uh, special,

You know, cool sculpting. It's one of those treatments that you always get asked, does it work? And I love it because I always get to say yes. Um, I've had it done a couple times more recently though, and in a month I'm already fitting better in my pants that I originally was gonna throw away and try to emphasize. So really I am excited beyond excited and I actually went shopping recently too.

Monique Ramsey (00:23:07):
Well that And you just had it a month ago?

Speaker 5 (00:23:10):
Yeah, just a month. That's barely been, my gosh, I wanna say just about four weeks. I did one cycle, um, around my whole abdomen. So it was a bunch of different places. Um, it was

Just sort of like Santa's inner tubes here on the, on the slide, right? He's

Exactly, if you could imagine me hooked up to the machine, that's probably what I look like with pillows wrapped around me

So how long did that take?

Speaker 5 (00:23:42):
Um, surprisingly it was pretty quick. I was here the whole morning, so I started, um, like at 8 30, 9 o'clock and then I was done by 12. So we, you do each section differently, so your abdomen, um, and then your fling. So we try to fit at least three connectors on at a time if it's comfortable. And if you do that it's about 30 to 45 minutes each session. Right. So it, for me it went fairly quick.

Monique Ramsey (00:24:13):
And did you watch, did you Netflix and chill as they, as they say

Um, watching TV or were you working

Speaker 5 (00:24:19):
Actually working you working

Monique Ramsey (00:24:21):
On your laptop? You know, this is the great thing about oh my I bet technology, right? You can work and cool sculpt all at the same time. Yes. So this one's great because it, the more you buy, the more you save. And really if you're gonna, they talk about treat to complete, meaning don't just do one area, you know, my arms, my this, my that once because you're not gonna see the same bang for your buck as if you do, you know, what's your area that you kind of don't like the most, let's say it's your arms then do exactly do your arms until they're done. So you have one, one um, treatment session, come back in four to six weeks, have another treatment session and then, you know, look for the results and then, then you can focus on the next body part that you're, you're thinking about, right?

Speaker 5 (00:25:10):
Yeah. And um, I can definitely speak on that cuz I came in on a time crunch because it's , we just happened to have an opening so I was like just do my abdomen, that's the only thing that's bothering me. And then she assessed me and was like, no, for your goals, you know, we really need to um, touch your flank area upper and lower. And I was like okay, let's just do it. Um, and I really feel that's what made my pants fit better is her treating me completely.

Monique Ramsey (00:25:41):
Yeah. So one to five cycles you're gonna save quite a bit off the normal price. So it's 6 30, 7 50 each and then six cycles or more. Now a cycle is that actual applicator, right? So that cycle, so let's talk about using my arms example one applicator on the left, one applicator on the right and that's a treatment cycle on but that's two applicators, that's the cycles or the cycle. Yeah, so that's what they mean. So it's an applicator. So if you think about okay, if I want my arms done and I'm treating to complete, I would have two arms times, maybe four, four cycles. So two at one time, both arms at the second time. And then every once in a while somebody needs another one. It depends on your goals but most people I think it's usually about two sessions. So you can see that really quickly.

Monique Ramsey (00:26:37):
You could get up into more cycles. So this is where then six or more cycles it, the price drops a lot to 4 25. So you don't have to have all those cycles at the same time. So you might treat your arms and your flanks today, treat your arms in a fla your flanks again in six like say six weeks and then see how you're doing. So that's where those numbers come in. And then if you buy 10 or more cycles, we're gonna give you, this is the new skin medica mentone body treatment. So you can turbocharge your results with that and it helps your body kind of I guess get rid of the excess.

Speaker 5 (00:27:17):
So I've been using it for a month too cuz I actually want it at a little event. Oh good. And I'm a lot of skin care or body products over the last 10 years. And again I've been using it every single day twice a day and the skin around my belly button is a lot softer and smoother. I have children so, you know, it can get a little creepy and crinkly around that area, uh, afterwards. And I've definitely been noticing a smoothing effect using that and after cool sculpting.

And so we are giving you extra time to use that. So what would you say, um, you know, cuz Chrissy, you're also, I, she's very multi-talented. She's an ma also , so, which is a medical assistant. So you've been in on, you've had co sculpting yourself but you've also been in on treatments. So tell me about, you know, maybe a story of a patient who had a treatment.

Wow, we actually do a lot of cool sculpting, so

I was like, there's so many stories. I was like, it's hard to say where to start. Um, I didn't tell a personal story though because I think this one is really special. I've been a medical assistant for a long time and my mom is one not to take care of herself or do any treatments. Even getting her to do Botox was like pulling teeth and so she is old, she was older and like in her sixties, right. Um, hasn't been in a bikini in years. Years, I'm telling you. You know there's Papa Elf in Mama Elf, there's Dr. . Dr. Kirsten Reer. Welcome. Thanks for joining us. Mm-hmm . So today um, you're gonna talk about some things that you probably love doing. One of them is Juvederm, so fillers and then we're gonna talk about sculpture in a minute. But first let's talk about Juvederm. So we've got Frost's Filler Fantasy, . This has always, this has been a fan favorite. Every year we switch it up a little bit, but this is, if you buy three syringes from the Jupiter and family of fillers, any you can mix and match, you'll get the fourth for free. And if you buy four, you'll get the fifth birth free. Plus you're gonna get, the first 10 people will get the TNS Advanced plus serum for free, which is $295 value. So tell me about how many people like it, three syringes or four syringes and five, that starts to sound like a lot. Is it really a lot or not that much? It's

Speaker 6 (00:31:59):
Really not a lot. So each syringe is one milliliter, which is about a fifth of a teaspoon. So five syringes is one teaspoon, which isn't a whole lot, you know, it seems like using a lot of product. But when used in the right places it looks very natural because we're just really restoring, in most cases, restoring the volume that you've lost through the aging process, which typically is a good couple teaspoons of volume. So yeah, it sounds like a lot but it really isn't. And I really love this promotion because I think think it gives people the opportunity to really see the results that they're looking for. Because usually you're gonna need a coup, a couple syringes to really give you a really dramatic result but natural result. But something that you're, you can really look in the mirror and be like, wow, I look great

Monique Ramsey (00:32:57):
. Okay, let's just say if somebody did the four four syringes and they got the fifth free and you're gonna use them all in the same visit cause that's part of this deal. So where could I know every patient's different, but if you had five syringes, where might they go?

Speaker 6 (00:33:13):
So I kind of think top to bottom. So first area that's really gonna benefit a lot of people is the temples. Temples definitely get hollow with age and it's a kind of an area that can be overlooked but that can really age you. And so you could use one syringe of, for example, vo Luma in each temple. And that's a common thing that we do. And then going down the cheeks, right? So augmenting the cheekbones is a really nice treatment that we do for a lot of people. And I like to personally use for the cheeks. And so using one syringe of Illumina in each cheek. So there you're already at four mm-hmm and then lower down often we'll have some Halloween in this area that the lower cheek or malar area and also the nasal labial folds. It's a nice area not to add volume, but just to, just to soften those folds so you could use one or two syringes of balo for those areas. And then of course the lips, we don't wanna forget about that vo bella or ultra are great options for the lips. I don't like to inject more than one syringe at a time in the lips, but there's your fifth syringe, other areas going further down or like the chin, the pre gel area to straighten and define the jaw line. Um, and then the marnet area too. So we can find places to put it that you're gonna like.

Monique Ramsey (00:34:47):
And there's something that you do that nobody else does at our, at our center, which is you do the liquid rhinoplasty. Mm-hmm . Yeah. And so what do you use to do the liquid rhinoplasty and how much is, is used? Is it a full syringe?

Speaker 6 (00:35:03):
I like to use the volu for the non-surgical or liquid rhinoplasty and we generally, you know, reserve a full syringe for that. We don't necessarily use all of it at one time. Um, it just depends on the patient, but Vos a great product for that and we can really, you know, change quite a bit about the nose just with a small amount of filler, which is really kind of fun.

Monique Ramsey (00:35:28):
Is this something that people could also put under their eyes? I, I see people on social media talking about it a lot. And is that something you like to do, do or don't like to do or does it depend

Speaker 6 (00:35:39):
Often the, like the tear trap area and the under eyes, they become definitely hollow with age. And part of that process is just the cheek volume that we're losing and that's, that's falling. So I think there's been kind of a, a shift in the last maybe five, 10 years away from filling the tear trough in lower island area and towards actually replacing the loss volume, which is in the cheeks. So in somebody who we've already replaced the cheek volume and they still have some darkness here, I might do just a drop of filler there, but I really prefer to start with the cheeks and kind of build the foundation and usually that will really help with the tear trough hollows.

Monique Ramsey (00:36:24):
So our next special is visions of sugar plums and Sculptra. So Sculptra is a volume versus a filler I guess, cuz it, it stimulates your body to create some volume. So this one is if you, when you buy four vials, you get the fifth vial free and if you buy eight vials you would get two vials free. And so let's talk a little bit about sculpture as a volume. How does it work and you know, how long does it take to see results?

Speaker 6 (00:36:56):
So sculpture is a product I really love because it's a stimulatory filler. So it's not like you're injecting a product that's adding volume and then it disappears, rather it stimulates your own tissue to build collagen. And so that's great for adding volume and also for improving skin texture, skin tone, you know, as we age the skin gets thinner. C creepier you get these fine lines that aren't necessarily like a defect or a dent that you need to fill, but it's something more subtle that sculpture is perfect for treating. And the other benefit of it is that because it's you're stimulating your own collagen, you're left with your own collagen after the product disappears and you don't lose that other than through the normal process of aging. So it's not like it lasts for two years and then it disappears. You're kind of setting back the clock a certain amount of time and you do continue to age, but you're, you have that collagen that you group.

Monique Ramsey (00:38:01):
Now, if you were a like filler newbie, the first time filler patient, which offer makes more sense the sculpture or the filler or does it depend on what their goals

Speaker 6 (00:38:13):
Are? I mean it really depends on the person on their age, what their concerns are, what they're looking to achieve. One thing I forgot to mention about the sculpture is that it, it does take some time, I would say about three to six months to see the full results. So it is an instantaneous result. If you're getting ready for your wedding that's in six weeks, then you might want filler. But if you kind of have global volume loss and there isn't a specific area that you're looking to augment, you just have some general kind of changes in volume loss, then sculpture's a great option. I mean you can also use sculpture and fillers, which we very commonly do. It's not necessarily a one thing or the other because they're both great lines of products just for different, slightly different indications.

Monique Ramsey (00:39:04):
And I do know that we can use the sculpture also in the butt talks. I don't know, do you do it there? I know Amy, one of our providers does uses it in the buttocks. And so this is when you're talking about, you know, how many vials, you know when thinking 10, why would I need 10? Well if you're filling out a kind of flat took us , then that's probably gonna take some some. So tell us about that.

Speaker 6 (00:39:31):
Yeah, so sculpture is actually a great option for the but to add volume, to improve the contour and also to improve like the skin texture and kind of fine lines and wrinkles a little bit different than facial wrinkles, but I think you all know what I mean. And it's kind of like a non-surgical bbl or Brazilian butt lift. So some people who want to augment their butt maybe don't have enough fat in their abdomen to transfer it to the butt or are looking for a non-surgical option that they don't have to undergo general anesthesia. It's less recovery time. So sculpture is a really great option because it does the same things then we talked about in the face. It adds volume, it improves skin texture and quality. It's just a different area. So yeah, we've, we've been doing that with patients and it's, it's getting to be a more and more common thing. I know a lot of people and a lot of other doctors who, who like to use it for that and everybody's had, you know, really good results with it. So.

Monique Ramsey (00:40:34):
And is that something that has a lot of downtime? Like if you're sitting, I guess it's less downtime than surgery, but if you're sit, like if you've had your whole butt injected, how, like what, how did

Speaker 6 (00:40:46):
You Yeah, we use a cannula so it's very, I mean it's not non-invasive but it's not very traumatic. It's just, you know, a cannula. And so there's really minimal bruising. There aren't really any special restrictions. I mean you can sit, we recommend that you try to maybe minimize how much don't go home and sit down like for 24 hours straight. But versus a surgical bbl, it's, it's essentially no downtime one day don't work out and otherwise you're pretty good to go.

Monique Ramsey (00:41:21):
So whether you decide you're on the filler track or the sculpture track or if you wanna know, then you can just have a consultation with Dr. Reeder or any of our providers and find out what would be the best way to accomplish your goals. Cuz like you said, Dr. Ridler, it might be more than one thing, it might be a little bit of sculpture and a little bit of filler or something. Or something else.

Speaker 6 (00:41:43):
So definitely.

Monique Ramsey (00:41:44):
Or some facial surgery, which is the other thing that you do in, in your spare time, which is mostly what you do. And when you're not baking holiday cookies, we should had you bring in cookies.

Monique Ramsey (00:46:06):

So I've always had one eye that sort of closes more than the other. So in every picture when I'm smiling, even when I was younger it was always like closed, you know, or halfway closed. And, and then of course the more you think about it, the more you're trying to open that eye and then you look weird. So this is, so it's one drop, it's it each, um, I brought the little, the little, um, oh here it is. Here it, I have it. The little drop.

Speaker 7 (00:48:06):
Are you using it now? Cuz your eyes looks lovely.

Monique Ramsey (00:48:08):
Thank you. I did. No, I have to use it every time before a podcast or an event. I use it every single time because it makes a huge difference. So it's a little dropper, it's single use dropper. So it comes in this little thing and you get a box of them and um, I think it's a 45 day supply in the box. And then the little dropper, you just pop the top off, you put it in your eye just like any other eye drop. It doesn't sting. It doesn't hurt. Mm-hmm . And it takes about 15 minutes to take effect. It could take a little bit longer, but it, it really does open up your eyes. They're like wider and brighter and I don't know how to explain it cuz it's not on the indications on the bag or the box, but you feel a little bit more awake.

Monique Ramsey (00:48:48):
So, and it's because what it's doing is it's stimulating the Mueller's muscle to, to contract. So if you're stimulating that muscle to sort of open up your eye, you kind of ended up feeling a little more awake. It's the weirdest thing. So now in our Mary Elf studio we have Amy, Amy Biggs, she's one of our newest providers to the team. Not a new provider, just new to us. And she's wonderful. And so I wanted to have you talk about Mirror Dry and what it is and here's our, you can see our special on the screen, but tell us about Mirror Dry as a treatment.

Speaker 8 (00:51:21):
So mirror dry is a wonderful treatment in that it's for almost anybody, almost anybody can do mirror dry. Anybody that sweats, anybody that has odor under the arms can do mirror dry. So it's a wonderful treatment that is used to treat excessive sweating. Um, it also treats odor and can reduce some of the hair underneath the arms. It uses a microwave technology to treat the layer of the tissue where all of those things lie, the gland, the sweat glands, the hair follicles, and the, um, the glands that produce odor. So it reduces the sweating significantly about 70 to 80%.

Monique Ramsey (00:52:08):
Now this is one, I mean I agree with you. It is like if you have two armpits, you're a candidate . Yes. Honestly. So I, for people who have hyperhydrosis, which is excess wedding, it's a game changer lifestyle wise because, you know, after two usually to sometimes three treatments, you're, you're just not having to think about it anymore. But for people like me who don't have that issue, but just want it to, you know, just not feeling funky after the gym or, you know, just, just as a lifestyle, just not having to think about putting chemicals on your body. A lot of people don't wanna have chemicals on their armpits with apush print. And so mirror dry is also something that you can do even if you don't have hyperhydrosis?

Speaker 8 (00:52:59):
Yes, that's absolutely correct. Which is why we say it's can be for just about anybody. Almost anybody can do it. Yes, it was, uh, originally designed or, or they originally came out with the technology to treat Hyperhydrosis. Um, because it can be a very, you know, debilitating condition for, for some people, you know, constantly sweating through clothing and, and getting yellow stains under the armpits, um, can be very frustrating and also very embarrassing. But for, for everybody that has any concerns with sweating odor, um, it's, it's a great treatment for, for almost all people.

Monique Ramsey (00:53:40):
And do most people, I don't know if you know in your, in your experience, if it's a more of a lifestyle thing, do they need, do they still need two treatments or sometimes does one do the trick?

Speaker 8 (00:53:53):
I would say most people need two, two treatments. Um, occasionally you will have, um, people that are happy after one treatment, they feel like they have enough of a reduction, and those are usually gonna be people that aren't doing it for hyperhydrosis. Those are people that are just doing it for, for the lifestyle improvement in their lifestyle. Um, but I would say on average, usually it takes two treatments. Okay. And those are usually done about eight weeks apart.

Monique Ramsey (00:54:20):
Okay. Now something that, you know, for people who do have excess sweat, you know, one of the other treatments for that is Botox. But when you're doing Botox, like how much Botox do you need per armpit and how long does that last versus med dry? Which is permanent?

Speaker 8 (00:54:38):
Yeah, so typically with Botox we're using, uh, a minimum of 50 units per armpit. Um, some even up to a hundred units per armpit. Uh, depending on, you know, the size of the, of the area that we're treating. Um, and that usually I'd say for underarms it's gonna last about six months plus or minus six months. Um, occasionally we have patients that don't respond very well to it at all, but, um, for most people I'd say it's gonna last about six months.

Monique Ramsey (00:55:11):
So the but mirror dry is permanent.

Speaker 8 (00:55:14):
The mirror dry is gonna be permanent. So after we don't have to come back for multiple sticks, uh, with the, with Botox under the arms. Yeah. So it, it's very convenient in that respect that it is, it is a permanent treatment. So it's got a very high satisfaction rate.

Monique Ramsey (00:55:32):
Yeah. And I know that, you know, the downtime is really not bad at all for, for the me mirror dry treatment, you kind of, they put local an aesthetic in, so you're kind of numb during the treatment. It's like when you go to the dentist, they numb you and then you don't really feel anything. And over time, you know, later in the day you might start to have sort of hot armpits, get a little hot, they a little hot and then, but really by the, so ibuprofen or something. And then the next day you're good to go. You just might be a little swollen. I think sometimes there's bruising, not really, but, um, is there anything El do you have them do anything afterwards, like in terms of activities that you don't want them doing or?

Speaker 8 (00:56:15):
Yeah, so the main concern after having mirror dry done is infection. We don't want them to do anything that could, could potentially cause infection. So excessive, um, exercise that's gonna cause you to sweat in that area because we have bacteria on the skin, so we don't want that bacteria to get into the skin and then cause an infection after mirror dry. So we usually limit the activity for about five to seven days. No excessive exercising, uh, walking around, doing things like that are are fine. Um, walking on a treadmill would be okay as long as it's not going to be too excessive. Mm-hmm. ? Um, yeah, and then staying out of really anybody of water because water can, can carry bacteria so that could potentially infect and we don't want them soaking their arms, their armpits, uh, in the water after having this procedure done. Um, so the main, main goal afterwards is just preventing infection.

Monique Ramsey (00:57:13):
Okay. So pretty easy aftercare,

Speaker 8 (00:57:16):
Very easy. Yeah, just a little bit of swelling, um, potentially a little bit of bruising, but, um, usually the bruising is very, very minimal. Um, and most patients do really well with it.

Monique Ramsey (00:57:28):

One is, you know, one is just for refresher, but for corrective you really wanna do a series. So I do have the Skin Medica ize peel, and we like to call that the wedding peel.

Miriam (00:59:33):
It's a very gentle exfoliation. So for those people who, you know, they don't wanna really have a heavy duty peel, but they wanna have that glow, this is perfect for them. So with this, um, uh, you usually have a mild flaking, but you know, it's, it's absolutely fine. Not a lot of of downtime with this, but you still do get that glow. And, um, we also have a series of the vitalized peel. So the vitalized peel's gonna be one step ahead, a step up. And with this particular peel, it's going to really address fine lines, wrinkles, texture, tone, um, it's gonna be a little bit deeper. And with this particular peel, you usually peel about 48 hours post and you peel for about five to seven days, but you just have eight. Your skin looks incredible. So people typically will do those, uh, peels four to six weeks apart, um, for the best results. And then last but not least, the, um, als as Monique would say, . Um, we have the perfect derma peel and this is one of my favorite medium depths peels. So this really addresses, um, rougher texture, um, poor size, tone, texture. It really does help to tighten the skin as well. So, um, with all of these peels, you buy one, excuse me, you buy three and you receive the fourth for free. So it's a great package deal. Very excited for that.

Monique Ramsey (01:01:02):
And how far apart would people be spacing them or does it depend on which peel they're doing

Miriam (01:01:08):
It really, you know, it depends on what peel you're doing, but I would say typically four to six weeks. Okay. Um, you know, to get the best results and every, you know, again, we need to keep, uh, you know, keep, uh, patients, um, their social calendar in mind as well and their ability to do downtime. So we work around all of that for everyone. But again, four to six weeks. And please note that with the straw, with the vitalized and the perfect derma peel, if you are a darker skin type i e skin type four through six, which would be Italian, Greek, Hispanic, Asian, um, uh, African American, um, Eastern Indian, um, native American, you need to pretreat. So we, uh, with the HydroOne. So you need to pretreat first for that peel because we wanna make sure that we take care of your skin. Our main thing is, is that we wanna make sure that your skin, um, is well taken care of and is safe. So just note that, um, that if you are, um, a skin type four through six, we do want you to pre-treat.

Monique Ramsey (01:02:11):
And how long do people pre-treat for

Miriam (01:02:14):
People pre-treat for four weeks prior? Oh, okay. So they do pre-treat for four weeks prior. And, um, and you know, again, and you know, once you purchase that package we will certainly go over details specific to you.

And what I do, and I know, know, you, you taught me this is because hyaluronic acids love water is, I use my Ava Al, but you could use Evon spray and you can kind of mix that or spray your face and then put your ha on. So I brought my props is I hope you're proud of me. I love it. I'm so proud of you. You know what's really interesting about, um, the elastin ha is that you don't need to do that. Oh. And the elastin aa, uh, um, ha is actually, um, you would put that on first before your tns, before your elastin restorative skin complex. So it's, it's, you know, all these products are, are used differently. So what we do here is we help you to put them on, you know, together in order by which, how you use them so you can get the best result from your skincare protocol.
