After 21 years with implants, Jennifer has reached her limits with the pain, scar tissue, and breasts that stretched far beyond what she ever imagined. What started as 420cc implants have grown from a D cup to triple Ds, leaving her hunched over with aching joints.
At first, she considered swapping them out for smaller implants, but during her consultation, breast implant removal expert Dr. Luke Swistun reassured her that she had plenty of natural tissue to work with.
Simply downsizing would mean another surgery down the road, and her own tissue could be sculpted into a beautiful, natural shape without any implants. That was all it took to change her mind and move forward with an explant with auto-augmentation.
Jennifer is now looking forward to lighter, more natural breasts and the freedom to finally wear tube tops and spaghetti straps with confidence.
With her sister Laura by her side, she shares her journey to show other women the power of being informed and choosing what feels right for their body.

Laura (00:00):
You're listening to The La Jolla Cosmetic Podcast with Monique Ramsey.
Monique Ramsey (00:04):
Three years ago, Laura Cain had her breast augmentation at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center with Dr. Luke Swistun, and she has been thriving with her results. Now, her sister now, right, right, Laura? Okay, we'll just let you, yeah. Now her sister Jennifer, is preparing for her upcoming explant and auto augmentation with Dr. Swistun. So I'm excited to have both of them here on the podcast with us, the two sisters, and to share the journeys and talk about, just like we did with Laura, and we'll put in the show notes, we'll put links to her episodes. This one we're going to do a beginning, let's talk about what's the motivations. And then after her surgery, we'll have a wrap up episode. So welcome ladies.
Laura (00:51):
Thank you so much, Monique.
Jennifer (00:52):
Thank you. Thank you.
Laura (00:54):
I don't know if you want me to start. I will start. Okay.
Monique Ramsey (00:57):
Yeah, go ahead.
Laura (00:58):
It was about a year ago, and my sister said to me, I just kind of was doing like this to her sisters do like, oh, get out of here. She's like, ow. She's like, don't, this side of my breast really hurts and I know that she had implants. And I was like, what do you mean it hurts? And she's like, no, it's hard and it's encapsulated and it's really starting to get painful. I said, wait a minute, what? This is not okay. And then we started talking about it and she's like, yeah, I've had this problem. I've had that problem. And then we added up the numbers and we're like, oh my gosh, it's been 21 years since she's had her implants in. And so I'll let Jenny explain maybe some of her, what she's been going through.
Monique Ramsey (01:53):
Okay. Yes. Yeah. And Jennifer, so, so everybody knows, so 21 years with the implants having some pain. So we'll get into that. And I think one of the things that I think is important, and we'll touch on it at some point, is the type of surgery you're having. It wasn't exactly what you were expecting. And we will get into that too, but welcome. And let's talk about at the beginning what happened there when she was like, oh, stop. What was that pain feeling like and how long had that been going on?
Jennifer (02:27):
Yes. So it's been going on, I would say the last 10 years. I noticed my left side has encapsulated contracture, which means the scar tissue grabs onto the implant and pulls it up. So one of my breasts is a little higher and a little painful underneath and a little harder underneath. And the other one is okay, but it's still, it's grown so much from when I first got the implants. They've grown from a D to triple Ds, so I've grown
Monique Ramsey (03:02):
Oh, hello.
Jennifer (03:02):
A lot of tissue from some weird reason.
Monique Ramsey (03:05):
And you're not looking to resume a stripping career or anything. That's right. So yeah, if they're getting bigger and they hurt and they hurt for that long, I'm so sorry they were hurting you for that long.
Jennifer (03:21):
Yeah, I believe it's the scar tissue that has made it so painful. Scar tissue is painful. When Laura did that, she didn't know for so long that I had been in pain. So yeah, that was a new thing for her to discover.
Monique Ramsey (03:40):
You're a hairdresser, so your arms, you're using your arm, your shoulder, and if something's hurting you, that's almost like even exacerbated by what you're having to do every day. Right.
Jennifer (03:54):
Well, it didn't really affect the movement of my arms or anything. It's just when you would touch it or if it brushed up against something laying on something, it was real noticeable. But not just your everyday movements. It didn't hurt, but you could feel it in there. It could feel something. Yeah.
Laura (04:15):
She also told me something that she's probably doesn't want me to say right now, but I'm going to, because this is a podcast about plastic surgery and this is what we need to talk about. But she says her areolas have gotten a lot larger with the tissue that has grown, and that's also been a problem.
Monique Ramsey (04:32):
Well, yeah, I think anytime your tissue's growing anywhere on our body, whatever is there, it gets bigger. So that kind of makes sense. So tell me a little bit about why, well, obviously I'm assuming because your sister went to Dr. Swistun, that was sort of like, this is going to be Laura's recommendation, but what did you think when she said, Hey, come to San Diego?
Jennifer (04:58):
Well, I was very happy with her results and her breasts look amazing, so I trust her fully. And he was highly recommended by her, and he absolutely, everybody loves him, it seems. He's got lots of great reviews. So came on down there, I mean, it's a little far, but it's worth it if it's for the good job.
Monique Ramsey (05:24):
Well, yeah. This is, I think people, they think, oh, I can't go see that doctor. I live out of town and we actually have a lot of patients who come from all around and they kind of plan a little rejuvenation vacation. And so we actually do deal with patients a lot of times who are from out of town and just like we did your pre-op remote, there's a lot of things we can do. I mean, we obviously have to see you in person a few times, but it really is something that it's not an insurmountable problem. So I'm glad you made the drive now.
Jennifer (05:59):
Yes, it's no problem.
Laura (06:01):
I knew this was going to be a very intricate surgery because not only is he extracting the old implants, he's got a scrape out some scar tissue and who knows, one of them could be punctured and stuff could be leaking through her body and mimicking autoimmune diseases that aren't really actually there. And that could be part of this. So we don't know what's going on. So I'm like, you know what, Jenny? There's no, I call her Jenny, not Jennifer, but I said, there's no way you are going to anybody else but La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center because a take, I know for a fact they will give you the best care and they will give you the best results and they'll give you the best advice. And it was like to Jenny's extreme surprise, she's doing something she totally didn't think was even on the table.
Jennifer (07:00):
Exactly.
Monique Ramsey (07:03):
And I think, so you came down, the two of you went together, which I think is always good to have some emotional support, right? Yes. Thank, especially from somebody, you have your sister, but then, so you were thinking, okay, I have these implants, I've had 'em for 21 years, and I have a capsule, I have a problem and I'm going to have to get a new pair, like a remove and replace and happens all the time. We have patients who are like, yeah, and maybe they want to go smaller, they want to change something and that's totally fine, or do a lift and switch the implant. But one of the things that I guess you talked about with him in the consult was this auto augmentation. And why don't you tell us what he said about that?
Jennifer (07:46):
Okay, so like you said, I thought I was going to get another implant. I was going to plan on getting a smaller one, like a C cup or something. And he said, well, you have a lot of tissue here to work with, and we could clean that out. We can just, everything he said was amazing, but he really educated me on a lot of stuff. But he said he even had pictures of before and after the same situation as my own, that I have enough tissue to make a nice sized breast after I don't have to worry about an implant if I don't want to. And I thought, I didn't think that was an option, and I didn't think I would have enough to create a nice size breast. And so he explained it all, and I'm going with that instead. I don't have to worry about another surgery down the road. I guess they don't last forever.
Monique Ramsey (08:40):
They don't, they don't last forever.
Jennifer (08:41):
Don't have to worry about this happening again. But if you want to get breast implants, it was great. It was great when it happened, but then as years go by,
Monique Ramsey (08:53):
Well
Jennifer (08:54):
And everything, so yes, he's going to fix me up. Great.
Monique Ramsey (08:57):
They're not a lifetime device, that's the thing. And there's new implants that are, over time, they've gotten better and better and more technologically cool and that's great, but there will be another surgery down the line. And so it's sort of like, okay, what is my budget for that and where's my time off? And if you're not doing your clients, you're not earning money. And so you have to factor in all this stuff. And what if something you did get a capsule, and I think he said, because we just talked about it recently, that the risk for a capsular contracture goes up the longer they're in your body. So 21 years, 10 years, you probably were just fine. And then all of a sudden, something's going on, something's going on. And I think, so most women are just assuming, okay, I'll get a new set and that's totally good and we can do that. But what I love is that there's this other option that probably most women don't know about, and he calls it an auto augmentation because you, you're using your own tissue and he's able to sort of sculpt it and move things up and around and create that fullness without an implant. So not only is it probably a lot more comfortable, a lot less heavy, it's also your own tissue. So there's not, your body's not going to reject it because it's you. Right?
Jennifer (10:29):
Right, absolutely.
Laura (10:31):
And Jenny, you got to say what you said to me on the phone. You said to me something about being so relieved and that you were going to wear a tube top. I can't wait to wear a tube top and maybe no bra, maybe just you're having these heavy things that are
Monique Ramsey (10:55):
Right.
Jennifer (10:55):
Yeah, I can't wear that. Or spaghetti stripes. What? Spaghetti strips.
Laura (10:59):
Spaghetti straps.
Jennifer (11:00):
Yeah. Straps. Oh my God, what's wrong with me?
Laura (11:04):
There's a lot of things, she's, a lot of things she's hindered by with these breasts. And now what I'm so excited about is number one, okay, here's the deal, Dr. Swistun, I always feel guilty when I go into his office and here's why. Because he spends so much time with you on your consultation, because he's so incredibly thorough that I'm like, wait, he need to get into surgery. I'm taking up all of his time. So that's the way we felt. Oh my gosh. He spent so much time with us explaining everything, but he also said that some other aches, pains, the way that her implant was put in under the muscle is affecting her shoulder movements is affecting. And she said that her doctor said she may or might not have lupus, which Dr. Swistun said sometimes implants, old implants tend to mimic some of those diseases. And once they're
Monique Ramsey (12:10):
Like an autoimmune, right.
Laura (12:12):
And once they're out, so I am beyond, I'm over the moon. I can't even wait because it's going to be her own tissue. Jenny, I just, I'm so excited. I feel like you're going to feel like you're like 25 again.
Jennifer (12:34):
I know. I'm so excited. Be able to do so much more without the aches and pains. Things hurt.
Monique Ramsey (12:43):
And I get it.
Jennifer (12:44):
It didn't hurt before.
Monique Ramsey (12:45):
Well, yeah. And what's interesting, I think with people who've had the implants in a long time, and if, let's say, and he'll be able to show you a video after. So this is the coolest thing. He does something for every single patient, which is after the surgery. So you're asleep, you're in recovery, and he takes those implants, they're put onto a sterile tray. So the implant that's covered by the capsule, which is your body, makes a little nest around that implant because it's foreign and that's what your body normally does. But normally it's very thin and paper tissue. And as the implants, if you get a capsule, then it gets really hard and crackly almost, and it can constrict. And that's probably why it hurts. So he does this video where he'll be like, okay, here's the right one. Here's what we saw when we took it out. And then he'll show, if you have a contracture, what you might see is the implant sitting on the table. And instead of it being round, it's like an Easter egg or something. It's deformed.
Jennifer (13:56):
Yeah. I can't wait to see that.
Monique Ramsey (13:58):
And it's like sitting like that because it's so pushed on around it. And so then he'll cut into that and show you what it's like, and he'll talk about it and see what's inside. Is it an implant that's intact, meaning totally, fully, no tears or rips or anything? Or has it degraded over time? Is it oozy and gooey? And so he'll talk about that and then he'll do the other one, go to the left breast. And it's so helpful because you're asleep in recovery. You're not going to remember anything that happens even when you're in there. Part of, I think for women who are getting them out, especially if there's a problem, it's like you want to see what was in there. And sometimes I've seen his videos, the implant was actually folded in two because the capsule was so tight that it caused the implant to sort of cave in on itself. So it's just fascinating. So I think you're going to love that because it's like you'll want to know, okay, what was going on in there? And then you'll have your new self with your auto augmentation. But we, I'll put in the show notes some of the episodes that he's talked about this, about doing the auto augmentation. What does that mean? Where we really go in depth and dive into that. And we also have some other episodes that are kind of related to what we're doing here. And so I think just letting you feel like, oh, wow, there's something else that I didn't know we could do. How did that feel to hear that?
Jennifer (15:35):
It was like relief. It felt so much better to hear that than to even get another breast implant. It felt freeing, even though it hasn't happened yet. Just him telling me that like, oh my God, this is going to be so much better.
Monique Ramsey (15:55):
Yeah. So what procedure or combination of procedures did you decide to go forward with? Is he doing any kind of a lift or is that part of that?
Jennifer (16:04):
Yes, he's doing a lift too.
Laura (16:05):
Is he gonna do the cookie cutter thing?
Monique Ramsey (16:08):
Yes.
Laura (16:09):
Maybe a new nip.
Monique Ramsey (16:10):
Oh.
Jennifer (16:10):
Make the areola better, smaller.
Monique Ramsey (16:15):
That's true. Because they're right there anyway. Right. So you can kind of have the designer breast, you've always
Jennifer (16:20):
Nice and perky.
Laura (16:21):
Oh my God, they're going to look so good.
Monique Ramsey (16:25):
You guys are going to end up out on the town at Manhattans, and you're going to have to call me and I can come walk down the street and we can all,
Laura (16:31):
We're going to be in New Orleans with beads. Whoa!
Jennifer (16:38):
We're just not even going to wear a top anymore. We're just going to go shirtless all the time.
Monique Ramsey (16:43):
I love it. Oh my gosh, you guys, okay, you're saying that. And I have to tell you what, I saw the funniest things ever. No, I mean, this was, today I take pictures of things. I was out at my hairdresser in Rancho Santa Fe, and there's a cute little store out there, so of course I have to stop by the store. Right. Course because it would be rude not to.
Laura (17:08):
Absolutely.
Monique Ramsey (17:10):
I found a key chain and it says, when I die, I want an open blouse funeral.
Laura (17:18):
That's perfect.
Jennifer (17:20):
Okay. Okay. Sounds good.
Monique Ramsey (17:23):
So I sent that off to my girlfriends and my girlfriend's like, oh yeah, no, are you kidding? Our boobs are going to be laying next to us in the cascade. I go, speak for yourself, Missy. I do not plan to be that person. So I thought it was funny.
Laura (17:39):
I love it.
Monique Ramsey (17:41):
So we might have to make some cocktail napkins out of that. I don't know. It's pretty funny. It's hilarious. Let's see. So you had your consultation, and then did he show you pictures of other people who've had the same thing or
Jennifer (17:57):
Yes.
Monique Ramsey (17:57):
How did you help you wrap your mind around the fact like, oh wait, I don't need an implant.
Jennifer (18:02):
That came from the photos that he showed me.
Monique Ramsey (18:05):
Okay.
Jennifer (18:05):
TV screen full of women in my situation that have had older implants that chose not to get another set of implants and what their breasts look like now. And just normal, perky pretty. Yeah. But before is when they are so old and dropped and whatever situation they may have been in to where they are now, a full screen of all these people. I'm not alone. There was many of 'em. Well, it was very educational.
Monique Ramsey (18:43):
Yeah. I think the point about that you're saying is right on. You're not alone. And I think that's why us, you allowing us to follow your journey is really important because there's going to be a lot of women out there who are like, oh yeah, okay. This is interesting. This is something I didn't know before, just you came in. So have you talked to, besides your sister, have you talked to any friends or family about this yet?
Laura (19:11):
Yeah. What does your boyfriend boyfriend think?
Monique Ramsey (19:14):
Oh.
Jennifer (19:14):
He just wants me to be happy and healthy.
Monique Ramsey (19:19):
He sounds like a good guy.
Jennifer (19:20):
He doesn't think anything's wrong with them, first of all.
Laura (19:22):
But he's not in your body. He's not in your body.
Jennifer (19:25):
Exactly. Right. Health wise yes. But appearance wise, I'm not happy with the way they look. And he thinks they look fine.
Laura (19:33):
He loves you,
Jennifer (19:34):
But he just wants me to be happy and healthy.
Monique Ramsey (19:37):
Well, and there's actually a viral video going around this week from TikTok because a husband was joking about his wife's implants. She was going to get her implants out, and he was like, I don't know if it's a song or something. He was saying about if he's going to miss the implants. Well, it was funny, and of course she's probably the one filming it, so it wasn't, but of course there's a whole contingent of people who were like, that's rotten. They got all mad at him, poor guy. But we have an episode where we had one of our patients take her implants out and her husband came on the podcast to talk about what he said, honestly, I was kind of worried. These are my friends and they're going away, and how do I feel about that? And he goes, of course I wanted to support her, but he just had that little thing in the back of his mind. I hope this is okay. And he goes, honestly, if I had known how much better she was going to feel, it was life changing for her. He goes, I have a whole new wife because, and I wanted to come on here and talk to the guys out there, and she was having this patient, not every patient has issues. Some people get a capsule. Some people feel like, you mentioned Laura, like this autoimmune where it's either your like an IBS thing, or you might have
Laura (21:05):
Yeah, like her joint ache. She's hunched over kind of. And the doctor Swistun was saying that's because of the implant is pulling her shoulders over forward and over, and that's scarring.
Monique Ramsey (21:22):
So it's things that you don't think about those things when you put 'em in and nor it's not necessarily going to be that anything goes wrong at all, ever. But if it does, it will be interesting to see maybe when we catch up with you after surgery, how you're feeling and if you feel like some people say, have told him, I feel like my light got turned back on.
Laura (21:48):
Oh, I love that.
Monique Ramsey (21:50):
The cutest. Is that the cutest thing?
Laura (21:52):
I love that. I want that for you, Jenny. I want that for you. I really do. I really feel like you're going to be a whole, you're going to have a whole different attitude and look upon life when you feel better, because I don't think you feel good. It don't think you feel good. I think that's the reason. And Dr. Swistun, he is, I want to say like a sculptor. He's like, he's artistic in his surgical abilities and what he's going to create for you is going to be something, you're going to just be so blown away. I just can't even wait. And it's coming up, so soon.
Monique Ramsey (22:32):
I can't wait either.
(22:34):
I know it's a week away. It's a week away. It's a week away. It's a week away. Okay. Now, Laura, are you the designated driver? Are you the pickup drop off, taking care of her?
Laura (22:45):
I'm one of 'em. There's three of us that may be rotating, so yes. Oh yes.
Jennifer (22:50):
Three?
Laura (22:50):
Well, mom, and we'll discuss. We'll discuss. But yes, there have been a couple names tossed around, but you know what? I can't wait.
Monique Ramsey (23:00):
So is she going to stay at your house or where, or a hotel?
Laura (23:04):
She has decided, since I have two roommates, she's like, I'm not staying at your house. I'm sorry. I want
Monique Ramsey (23:11):
Oh, and you have dogs too.
Laura (23:12):
Two dogs. So she would rather and I understand, be at a hotel where she's nice and free of things being jumped on. So she's going to be staying in San Diego for a couple days, and yes, we're going to be looking out for her, and then she goes back for her. And then after that, then the bandages come off, and then we'll follow you along and see what you are going to be like in a couple of months. And it's going to be so incredible. I can't wait.
Monique Ramsey (23:45):
I love it. So Jennifer, not, I was going to say Jen or Jenny, but
Jennifer (23:50):
You call me whatever you want.
Monique Ramsey (23:52):
Okay. Our little cute patient. How are you preparing yourself physically and mentally prior to surgery? Have you gotten there yet or because now we're a week away?
Jennifer (24:05):
Physically nothing. I always take care of myself, supplements and exercise.
Monique Ramsey (24:11):
Good, good.
Jennifer (24:12):
All this and that. Mentally I'm fine. I'm fine with everything. I just want it to happen.
Monique Ramsey (24:20):
Yeah.
Jennifer (24:20):
Just excited and just preparing, letting the clients know.
Monique Ramsey (24:26):
Yeah,
Jennifer (24:27):
I won't be there for a few weeks.
Monique Ramsey (24:29):
I know. Then they're going to be like, where are you?
Jennifer (24:32):
Some I have already told, I'll tell you an open book. It's
Monique Ramsey (24:35):
Oh, that's nice.
Jennifer (24:37):
You know what, you're helping so many people, like Monique said, a lot of people are in your
(24:42):
Yes. Coming out of my comfort zone a little. But yes, if it helps somebody, for sure.
Monique Ramsey (24:46):
I think it does. It's just like when you were in that room and he pulled up people on the monitor to show you. Those people all gave consent to show other patients, and it's so helpful. It's like
Jennifer (24:58):
It really was. Yes.
Monique Ramsey (24:59):
I think when you said, knowing you're not alone, knowing that you can help somebody else, and I think this will be so valuable for other patients.
Jennifer (25:07):
I would love that.
Monique Ramsey (25:08):
Yeah. Alright, my next question from Hannah, producer Hannah says, is there something you're looking forward to after healing a certain outfit? Okay. Tube top. We got that part. Any vacation or milestones or anything? Just besides the tube top?
Jennifer (25:27):
Just to see how better I feel in certain tops and how I don't look like a tent. I won't look like a tent anymore. Just having the bigger breast makes it look tent wide. I don't
Laura (25:42):
Yeah, you'll have more shape.
Jennifer (25:44):
Yeah. Not that I necessarily want to wear it tight stuff, but it won't be feel as big and bulky.
Monique Ramsey (25:52):
That makes sense. Yeah. Well, yeah, your silhouette will be different. Completely. And I think that it'll be
Jennifer (25:59):
Like before I got the surgery.
Monique Ramsey (26:03):
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Well, I think that's kind of all the questions. I think we got everything. And I'm so happy that you're again sharing this journey. And do you think as sisters, this will bring you closer?
Laura (26:18):
Yes.
Jennifer (26:20):
We can't get any closer.
Laura (26:23):
I know we're like a lot alike, as you can tell, but I'm the more outspoken one.
Monique Ramsey (26:28):
No fun. You're no fun at all.
Laura (26:30):
I know. We are no fun together at all. So I'm going to try not to make her laugh while she's recovering. I've Got to try to be calm. So maybe I'm not the best person to be with you.
Jennifer (26:43):
No, she's going to be interviewing me the day after.
Laura (26:46):
I'm like, oh, expect a phone in your face the day of the day after.
Jennifer (26:53):
Make sure I have my eyebrows on. That's I need my eyebrows mascara.
Monique Ramsey (26:59):
Yeah. And if you try to make her laugh, they teach you that trick after having a baby or after surgery, you hold a pillow to your chest. And then you kind of clutch the pillow. So laughing isn't quite as, I don't know why, but it works.
Jennifer (27:17):
Or you just go, ha, ha, ha ,that works too. Don't laugh so hard.
Laura (27:26):
I like the pillow thing.
Monique Ramsey (27:27):
That's funny. The pillow thing. Yeah. I don't know. That's what they told me. Now I could be giving totally wrong advice, but that's what I remember. And it helps.
Laura (27:35):
Oh my gosh. There you go. I just, we'll try it out, but I'm so thrilled. Oh, I can't wait. This is go time. This is go time.
Monique Ramsey (27:42):
Yeah.
Laura (27:43):
Jenny.
Monique Ramsey (27:43):
Thank you so much, ladies. This was a fun way to spend a Friday afternoon. I've got to say I love you two and I'm serious, if you don't call me for getting together for dinner or something after one of your post op visits, I'll be put out.
Laura (27:59):
Oh, Monique, we're calling you for sure.
Jennifer (28:03):
Yes.
Laura (28:03):
Thank you so much. Thank you so much to La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center for always being there. I mean, I've been affiliated with you guys for so many years and it's just the awards that you guys have, the thousands upon thousands of five star reviews that you have. I mean, there's a reason why there's a why Dr. Swistun works there. There's a reason why you have the surgical team that you have and the reputation that you have. And I'm so thrilled that my sister, my flesh and blood is in your hands. So thank you. I cannot thank you enough.
Jennifer (28:40):
Thank you very, very much.
Monique Ramsey (28:42):
Oh, that's so, so nice.
Jennifer (28:43):
Appreciate so much.
Monique Ramsey (28:44):
That's a wonder, wonderful thing to hear.
Jennifer (28:46):
Yes. And I feel very comfortable with this doctor.
Monique Ramsey (28:49):
Oh, good.
Jennifer (28:51):
Very, very comfortable.
Monique Ramsey (28:52):
He is the most humble man, and he's so artistic.
Laura (28:58):
That helps.
Monique Ramsey (29:00):
I think all surgeons are obviously, but he has this, he can draw all the things. He's a photographer, just all this amazing sort of creative.
Laura (29:15):
Yes. So Dr. Swistun is the cutest man and the most wonderful person. And like you were saying, Monique, he is true inside and out. And the fact that he was a military surgeon at one point, he's an artist. He loves race cars. There's so many facets about Dr. Swistun. He's just the most interesting. And you said humble man, and what he does is magic. It's pure magic.
Monique Ramsey (29:48):
Well, I'm so glad that you're going to get to experience the Dr. Swistun magic too, Jennifer.
Jennifer (29:55):
Me too.
Monique Ramsey (29:56):
As Laura did. And I look forward to catching up with you guys on the flip side of this record, because it's going to be fun to see as you're going through it, think about the things that, or write down the things that are going through your head in this next week and then looking back, it'll be just interesting to see, is it the way you thought it was going to be? Or maybe you're going to get nervous at some point, or maybe you won't. But how does it go? And so it'll be fun to catch up with you afterwards. And we'll put links in the show notes for everything we talked about. And thanks everybody for listening, and we'll see you on the next one. Thanks.
Laura (30:40):
Bye, thank you.
Jennifer (30:40):
Bye Monique.
